Hola, hows it going back home these days! Is dad feeding the dog, weather good? Has anyone else recieved their mission calls? The CCM/MTC is incredible. I am having tons of fun out here. The food is definitely interesting but its not to bad. I got put with a really great compañero who loves to work and has helped me a lot. So far I have taught 5 discussions written 1 talk and successfully challenged an investigator to baptism. . . All in spanish! I am learning the language incredibly fast. The spirit is so amazing out here. Ive learned more spanish in one week thatn I learned in 3 years of school. The discussions are amazing because there have been times where words I dont even know just come out of my mouth and Betty, our investigator, seemed to understand perfectly. She talked about having doubts about her 2 brothers who have passed on and <i felt prompted to use the scripture 1 pedro 4:6 and it brought her too tears! score for me! I have met some super amazing people already. I met a latino elder named Elder Rivera. His dad hadnt been in his life since he was  5 and his mom raised him. He was baptized at nine years old. The night before he went to the field we talked in spanglish for about an hour and half and he basically just bore a reallly strong testimony the whole time. He is a super amazing human being and he will be a great missionary. I was sad when he left because I learned a lot of spanish from him. Elder Sok is in our distrito and he is so awesome. While he was teaching the investigator he needed to find out what pamphlet was in spanish. So he asked, Como se dise en ingles, how do you say this in English, the investigator just looked at him wierd so he said, no mas no mas. Its a really funny story but probably not through email.

I was having issues staying awake during devotionals so I prayed that I would be awake. Instead of having that happen I received more of an instruction. Take more notes. So I have taken more notes and I have been great. It rains every night here. Still hasnt missed a day so Ive been getting wet at night.  I can carry a pretty decent convo in spanish. I just have issues understanding what they say. Im a good speaker though.

Just click on the links to see the pictures. My companions name is Elder Spencer.

I love You all.

P.S I will write you individually when im in the field and I have an extra hour. My time is limited in the ccm.
